Snotty-nosed audio purists will almost certainly mock the idea of Bluetooth audio, and they probably think 'docks' aren't much better. But a Bose dock? Surely that's something interesting. The SoundDock III is designed for the latest iPhones, iPod Touch and Nano, and is a thing of sleek beauty and design. With a remote control, you can dock your device, sit back, and bliss out to "accurate, detailed, room-filling sound". Not 'Rom-filling' sound, however, which is a typo that can only boggle the mind of any Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fan.

TEAM FORTRESS 2 ACTION FIGURES
So, there's no denying it - these Team Fortress 2 action figures are pretty cool. You can get the Pyro or the Demo guy in either blue or orange, and they boast weapons & accessories, an impressive 25 points of articulation, and even special in-game items But the Pyro guy in particular is a bit of a missed opportunity. Real, dedicated Pyro fans need some proper Pyro props, like pretty flowers and unicorns, and happy things... which is how this awesome TF2 trailer (http://vvww.youtube.com/ vvatch?v=9cNh00711Wk) suggests he actually sees the world. That would rock.

NUFORCE S3-BT BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS
It's not unusual these days to have handy access to huge portions - if not the entirety - of your music collection wherever you are. With high capacity tablets and smartphones so common now, you can pretty much listen to your favourite tracks whenever you want. What might be lacking, though, is sound quality. One way to get around that, while also avoiding cord clutter, is with the 53-BT speakers from NuForce. They connect wirelessly to your mobile devices and deliver full, CD quality audio. Of course, these still need to be plugged into a wall, so they're not perfect, but they're great for travellers, or annoying everyone on your train if it's one of the models that still has power outlets in the carriage.

If you dig those fantastic shows where teams battle horrifically destructive robots against each other, you have two options if you want to get into the hobby yourself. Either get a degree in robotics or mechanical engineering, or pickup some Attacknids. This Combat Creatures' Attacknid is a pretty cool toy - it's a remote-controlled, multi-legged robot that stands (scuttles?) ten inches high. With six legs, a projectile weapon system, and it's even based on a real battle-bot built by a possibly insane Canadian inventor. We only know we want a pair. We promise not to distract the rest of the office... much. www.combatcreatures.com
If you've ever found yourself in a tight spot - say, lying on your back, under a desk, trying to work out why your router/PC/AV setup is on the fritz - the Force Fl could be the perfect torch. It's also handy if you just like insanely small, insanely effective tech. So all y'all. The Force Fl is a hyper-bright, military-grade LED torch. It only does one thing - light up - but it does it scarily well. In the words of Lenser, it's "like carrying the sun around in your pocket". It's waterproof up to two metres, has a temperature control senser, a durable body. It's the sexiest torch we've ever seen. Where can we get one?
